Looking to quickly send a list of future appointments for your patient? Some patients may prefer a printout of their upcoming appointments, and others might want an email. Cliniko makes it easy to to do both!

In this guide, we'll walk you through how to generate the upcoming appointments list and how to send the list to your patients.

If a patient has multiple appointments booked in the future and asks for a list of all of them (or if you'd just like to take a look for your own scheduling purposes), you can generate a list of upcoming appointments for that particular patient.

To do this, find the patient in question, and then navigate to "Appointments":

If there are upcoming appointments, they will show at the top of the list (appointments are ordered chronologically from newest to oldest). Upcoming appointments will be indicated by a little label that says "Upcoming appt.", as shown below:

At the top of the patient's file, you'll see the Upcoming appointments drop-down which will allow you to Email or Print the list of upcoming appointments to your patient.

If you'd like to email a list of all upcoming appointments, select the Upcoming appointments button at the top of the page, then select Email client or patient:

If you're on mobile, the Email upcoming appointments option can be found in the action menu.

Once selected, you're all set! The patient will now receive an email with the list of their upcoming appointments:

If the option to email your patient or client is missing, check their details and your patient privacy settings.

You'll also be able to see a record of this email in the patient's communications log.

If you'd like to print a list of all upcoming appointments, click the Upcoming appointments button at the top of the patient's appointments page, then select Print:

This will generate a PDF that lists all upcoming appointments for this patient:

From here, you can either print that off, or save the generated PDF to send off the list using your preferred method 鈥攚hatever works for you! 馃枿
